Born 1979, Martin Abrahamsson grew up outside a small town in Nowhere, Sweden. He began experimenting with electronic sounds in 1994, and kept developing the sound that in 1998 would become Bauri. He creates sounds from distorted dirty electronics to fall in love with, and slow moody minimalism featuring simple beautiful melodies. Under the moniker Stalaktiten Och Mirjam, Abrahamsson created “Ångestmaskin,” released by Phthalo in 1999.
