Community
Navigate to the community tab on the website after registering and/or logging-in. Select what type of update you want to make, music, images, video, link, press or the default type text. Once finished entering all information, press publish.
Text Post
Place your cursor in the grey text field and enter or paste in text. If you desire you can enter HTML code for links, such as: <a title=”Someplace.com This and That” href=”http://someplace.com/this-and-that”>very cool stuff</a>.
Music Update Post
Select Browse… and choose the MP3 file you want to upload, once selected and you’ve returned, you can now press Upload & Attach to Post, this may take some time. Once it is finished uploaded an icon should appear in the dock above it. You can enter a text note in the grey box above that.
Images Post
Select Browse… and choose the image you want to upload, and press Upload & Attach to Post. Rinse and repeat for the total number of images you would like to publish.
Video Post
We currently only support posting videos from Youtube and Vimeo, so you’ll need to have a url available for the video you would like to post. It will be displayed with the embed player automatically. We may add support for others at a later time.
Link Post
Copy a URL from the site that you want to link to such as: “http://someplace.com/this-and-that”, and paste it into the URL field, then give it a title that you think is appropriate. For example using the title of the article is usually good, then optionally enter a note about the link.
Press Post
Press is unique in that it can be a combination of many of the previous types. You can add images, audio, pdfs, zips, and more by uploading them. If there is a link to the press, you can fill out those corresponding fields, and a link will automatically be generated.
